How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (summer and weekends). Last-minute moves can often be accommodated based on availability.
What if my moving date changes?
No problem. We can reschedule your move as long as we have availability. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We offer free quotes online or over the phone. Simply provide details about your move, and we’ll give you a clear, upfront estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind that your belongings are protected throughout the moving process.
- Basic Liability coverage (free of charge). This coverage insures your items $0.60 per pound for intrastate moves.
- Full-value protection (FVP) covers your items for their current market value. However full-value protection cost $40.00 for every $1000.00 valued. (Maximum of 10 furniture items)
How do you determine the cost of a move?
Pricing depends on the size of the move, distance, time required, and any extra services (such as packing or specialty item handling).
Will you help me unpack?
Yes, unpacking services are available upon request.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We pride ourselves on honest, transparent pricing. Any additional costs (like specialty item handling or packing supplies) are always discussed upfront.
How long will my move take?
It depends on the size of your home and the distance. Local moves can take 2–8 hours, while long-distance moves vary.
Do you take away empty boxes after the move?
Yes, if requested, our team can remove packing materials once your move is complete.
How do you protect my home and furniture?
We use moving blankets, shrink wrap, and floor protection to prevent damage to your belongings and your property.
